1. About this service

Rapislide is a presentation deck service run by rapislide.com ("we"). You upload data, documents, or an old PPT, write a short brief, and our system builds an editable PowerPoint deck.

Decks are made automatically by our system, which uses artificial intelligence (AI). No human designer puts your deck together. Please check the deck, especially numbers and names, before you use it.

By placing an order you accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. We record the version you accepted with the order.

2. Accounts and guest orders

You can order without an account. A guest order is tied to the device you ordered from and to that order’s private link. Keep the link safe; anyone who has it can open your order.

If you sign in with Google, a WhatsApp code, or a password, your orders are saved to your account. Keep your Google account, WhatsApp number, and password secure. We never ask for sign-in codes by chat or phone.

The service is for users aged 18 and over, or younger users with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. How an order is made

• You choose the order type (build from data, or redesign an old PPT), upload your files, and write a brief.
• In approval mode you check the fact summary and the slide outline before design starts. In direct mode the system carries on without stopping.
• The system makes a watermarked preview of the first 3 slides. The preview is free.
• If you like the preview, you pay, and the system finishes the whole deck. You can download it as PPTX and PDF from the order page.

Free previews are limited to 2 per 24 hours per device and per account. Once they are used up, the order still runs up to the slide outline, without image previews; you can pay after seeing the outline.

How long an order takes depends on the number of slides and the queue. The order page shows an estimate, and it is an estimate, not a promise.

4. Prices, promotions, and coupons

Prices are per slide. You pay the number of slides in the deck times the price per slide, plus a surcharge per infographic frame slide if you chose frames and the deck contains frame slides, minus any coupon discount. The slide count, the number of frame slides, and the total are shown before you pay.

The price is locked when the bill is created. If a promotion ends or the normal price changes after that, your bill does not change. If a bill expires before you pay, the new bill uses the locked price.

Promotions run for the period stated on the site. Coupons are applied at payment, one coupon per order, under the conditions stated for that coupon (such as validity dates or quota). Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prices shown on the site are final. Our invoices have no tax lines.

5. Payment and invoices

Payments are made through a payment provider we appoint. Your card or bank details are handled by that payment provider and are not stored by us.

An order is paid once the payment provider confirms the payment to our system. You then receive an invoice from rapislide.com. You can download it from the order page, and it is sent to the email or WhatsApp number you gave us.

6. Revisions and refunds

Every slide gets 2 free revisions. Ask for one with the Request a revision button on the order page; your request becomes a ticket on the Support page. You can ask for revisions while we still keep the deck files, which is 90 days after the deck is finished. There are no paid revisions.

If we cannot finish your deck, we refund the full amount you paid. Details are in the Refund & Revision Policy.

7. Your files and content

The files, briefs, and logos you send stay yours. We use them only to make your order, handle revisions and complaints, and keep the service secure.

You confirm that you have the right to use every file, logo, and piece of data you send, and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights. Do not upload more personal data about other people than your deck needs.

We may refuse or stop an order whose content is illegal, hateful or violent, deceptive, or infringes copyright. If that order was already paid, we refund it.

8. Your deck

Once paid, the deck is yours to use, edit, and share, including for commercial purposes. The images in the deck are made for your deck and may be used together with it.

The deck is built from the data you give us. We cannot guarantee that your source data is correct, and AI can misread or mis-summarise. You are responsible for checking the deck before you use it. If something is wrong because of our system, use your free revisions.

9. What you may not do

• Try to access other people’s accounts, orders, or data.
• Disrupt or overload the service, for example with large numbers of automated orders.
• Abuse free previews or coupons, for example by switching devices or accounts to get around the limits.
• Use the service to create material that breaks Indonesian law.

10. Limits of liability

We work to keep the service running well, but it may be interrupted from time to time, for example during maintenance or when a third-party provider has problems.

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed business opportunity because a deck was late.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms & Conditions. A new version applies to orders placed after its effective date. Existing orders keep the version accepted when they were placed.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If there is a problem, raise it first through the Support page so we can settle it together. If it is not settled, it will be resolved under the laws in force in Indonesia.

13. Contact

All questions, complaints, and requests go through the Support page. We reply on your ticket.
